About Revol Events
Our Story
Revol Events started as an event management solution. Before we formed the company in 2015, our founding team worked together as independent event specialists teaming up on local, national & international events across Toronto and beyond.
We each brought our own area of expertise including production, logistics, and staffing and were often called in together to execute high-profile projects. Eventually, a client asked us to invoice as one team. So we did. We formed the company, Revolution Events Inc. because we believed we were revolutionizing how events were produced: flexible, collaborative and results-driven. That spark became our business model and the foundation of our company.
As demand grew, so did we. Our clients loved how we ran events and wanted us to feed their guests too. We launched our catering kitchen and built a strong culinary team to match our reputation for high-quality event execution. Today, Revol Events is known for both catering and event production, specializing in corporate catering services, large-scale corporate functions, public-facing event production, and everything in between.

Company Timeline
Pre-2015: The Freelance Years
Our founding team worked independently on major events, building trust and a reputation for excellence in Toronto and beyond.
2015: Revolution is Born
The team was formalized and we launched Revolution Events Inc., combining our strengths to create something bold and efficient.
2016-2018: Scaling Up in Toronto
Now known as Revol Events, we quickly grew, producing corporate events and city-wide activations. Our clients began asking: βCan you do the food too?β
2019: Catering Enters the Chat
We opened our kitchen and launched full-service catering services, bringing the same quality to the plate as we did to production.
2020: Resilience & Reinvention
We adapted, offering flexible solutions and pandemic-safe service options to keep food deliveries going.
2021-Present: Growth Mode
We expanded our kitchen to a large-scale facility in Leslieville, along with our core team and staff to match our growing client base, delivering catering programs and events at scale.

Food Recovery Partnership
Sustainability initiative with community impact.
As part of our commitment to responsible catering, Revol Events has partnered with B12Give to divert surplus food from catered events.
When leftovers are anticipated following an event, quality food can be donated quickly to local community organizations for redistribution.\
This initiative allows us to reduce avoidable food waste, while supporting those facing food insecurity, and providing our clients with measurable social and environmental impact certificates post-event.
